Information collected through the BONJIL Muse Search may be used to:

Selected submissions may also be considered for future editorial, marketing, public relations, and storytelling initiatives, subject to additional participant agreements where applicable.

4. Archives of New York

The BONJIL Muse Search includes the creation of Archives of New York, a curated collection of Notes celebrating everyday rituals.

Submission of a Note does not automatically mean it will be publicly displayed.

BONJIL may contact selected participants before featuring their Note or story publicly, or where additional permissions are required.

Additional usage rights for finalists and the selected BONJIL Muse will be governed by separate agreements.

5. Sharing of Information

BONJIL does not sell personal information submitted as part of the BONJIL Muse Search.

Information may be shared with trusted service providers, partners, or professional advisors solely for purposes related to:

  • Contest administration
  • Website hosting
  • Data management
  • Marketing support
  • Legal compliance
  • Editorial production

BONJIL may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Data Retention

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Administer the Contest
  • Complete the selection process
  • Fulfill legal obligations

  • Support future archival or editorial projects where appropriate permissions have been obtained
